Finally Made up my Mind

I have finally decided on a cruise. It’s Voyage of the Glaciers on the Diamond Princess and we will leave from Vancouver, B.C. on June 23. It’s a seven day cruise, so Bob and I are both happy. I’m off to make our flight arraignments.

Alaskan Cruise - A Work In Progress

Ann and I have been researching Alaskan Cruises for the past month. Who knew it would be so hard to choose? Bob wants a shorter cruise and I want a longer cruise. I want to make sure we see all the fantastic wildlife, Bob just wants to make sure he can practice his driving. Don’t get me wrong, Bob does want to cruise Alaska, he just doesn’t want to stay long. Once I make a final choice, I will tell you all about it.

Time to go Home Already

We arrive back in Florida tomorrow morning. This has been one of the best cruises we have ever taken. I am not sure if it was the ship, the staff, the islands or our new friends. I just want to stay on board for another week or so. I always dread the end of the cruise, but never like this. It is amazing how people can touch your life and make such a difference. I must remember to get Ann’s contact information tomorrow morning during breakfast. She is someone I want to stay in touch with.

The Caribbean

This cruise is just what the doctor ordered! The Caribbean is beautiful and the weather is perfect! The ship is smaller than most of the ones we have been on before, but I think I actually prefer this. It’s so much more personable and the staff is all so kind and helpful! We have met a lovely couple on their first cruise to celebrate their retirement. They are officially hooked on cruising! Ann and I are off to get a massage and Bob and John are off to do some driving.

Let’s Cruise Around The World… the FUN Way

null

The key advantage of a cruise ship is that it does the “getting around” for you. The cruise lines make it easy to visit several places in a single trip without the need to pack your belongings and sit in a car/train/bus/plane to travel to each one; your hotel room comes along with you, and even provides the transportation. Cruise ships are a means of travel with some substantial benefits. But don’t jump ship too soon; this type of vacation takes a considerable amount of preparation and planning. That’s why I’ve put together a handy online cruise travel resource guide which I use again and again to plan my cruise vacations.

Cruising is the BEST way to do a family reunion or to enjoy romantic and exotic getaways for two. I hope you enjoy my blog about how we cruise around the world. Please feel free to come back often and to share your comments and travel adventures with us!

For your convenience, I can also email you our latest updates! As a “thank you” gift for signing up for our email updates, I will send you a FREE copy of my Online Cruise Travel Resource Guide. To get your copy, click here!

If you’ve never cruised before, you don’t know what you are missing. If you are a cruise lover like we are, then “let the good times roll”. Either way, you will enjoy the great cruise resources that I have put together in this Ebook.

Let’s cruise around the world….the Fun way!

Where Should Our Next Cruise Be

Hi everybody! It’s me, Carol, back again. Bob and I are trying to figure out where to go on our next cruise. We have been around the Virgin Islands quite a bit, and of course we just did the Disney Cruise with the kids a few months back. We want to go somewhere different, but we haven’t made up our minds where we want to go just yet. (more…)
